MSCC札幌は、より多くの福音を宣べ伝える教会を必要としている札幌の美しい街で、来年中に立ち上がる予定です。 このチャーチプラントでは、チームに加わって弟子作りを手伝ってくれるワーシップリーダーを募集しています。
ポジションの概要
ワーシップリーダーの主な責任は、音楽的賛美を通して、神の御性質と御業に応答するように会衆を導くことです。 マスタードシード・クリスチャン・チャーチ札幌は、礼拝の音楽パートをリードする人を募集し、整え、スケジュールを組み、導くことができる人でなければなりません。 英語と日本語で歌い、優れた楽器を演奏して賛美をリードするためには、音楽の知識が必要です。 リーダーは、企画・プレゼンテーションソフトで選曲し、礼拝の準備をします。 応募資格：日本語または英語を流暢に話すことができ、両方の言語で歌うことができること。
礼拝指導者の誠実さには高い価値が置かれている。 この人は1テモテ3:8ffにあるように、助祭の資格を持っていなければなりません。 リーダーは、神学的に正確で、ゴスペルに富み、歌いやすく、様々な音楽スタイルの曲を選ぶべきです。 スタッフや説教者と協調して礼拝を作り上げることが、この仕事の中心となります。 賛美リーダーには、生き生きとした本物のクリスチャンの歩みを続けることも期待されます。

About Mustard Seed Christian Church Tokyo:
We are a 4-year-old church plant with around 200 people in attendance over two services. The staff is made up of four full time workers and a mix of interns and part time missionaries in language school. Our mission is to glorify God by guiding people to know Christ and grow in Christ.

About Mustard Seed Christian Church Sapporo:
MSCC Sapporo will launch within the next year in the beautiful city of Sapporo that needs more gospel-proclaiming churches. This church plant is seeking a worship leader who will join the team and help make disciples.
Position Summary:
The worship leader’s main responsibility is to lead the congregation to respond to God’s character and works through musical praise. This person should be able to recruit, equip, schedule, and lead others to lead the musical portion of our worship gatherings. Musical knowledge is required to lead worship through singing in both English and Japanese and playing an instrument with excellence. The leader will select songs and prepare for worship services on planning and presentation software. Applicants should speak either Japanese or English fluently and must be able to sing in both languages.
There is a high value placed on sincerity of the worship leader. This person should have the qualifications of a deacon as mentioned in 1 Timothy 3:8ff. The leader should select songs that are theologically accurate, gospel-rich, singable and from a variety of musical styles. Coordinating with the staff and preacher to craft a worship service will be the central part of the job. The worship leader will be expected to also keep up a vibrant and authentic Christian walk.
The job will be compensated with a full time salary, benefits, vacation time and the opportunity to work as a vital part of a very important mission to make disciples in a place of great need.
